Our Birth Doula Services include:
- prenatal phone and face-to-face contact to ensure understanding and comfort between all parties.
- joint meeting with health care provider to discuss client's birth vision.
- attendance at the birth by a primary or secondary Doula through recovery and breastfeeding latch-on.
- postpartum phone and face-to-face contact as deemed necessary or appropriate by the Doula.
- gift, birth record and photographs or video if taken.

Our Postpartum Doula services include:
- 15 hour minimum/6 week maximum.
- prenatal contact to determine needs.
- mother/baby/sibling care.
- meal preparation/light housekeeping.
- short errands by doula only.
Three
Levels of PP Doulas are available:
- CAPPA Trained (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association)
- CAPPA Certified
- CAPPA Certified and Doula Trainer

Services:
“Doula for a Day” - For help at home (before or after the baby comes) or at the hospital. Makes a great shower gift! Four hour minimum.
Antepartum Doulas – For the high risk mother who needs help at home before the baby comes. Services offered are similar to postpartum support.
